Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs (CNAs)
Travel, Local Contract, and Per Diem Opportunities with Plexsum
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’re often the first to notice a change, offer comfort, or lend a helping hand when it’s needed most. At Plexsum Staffing Solutions, we help CNAs find job opportunities that align with their compassion, dedication, and drive to make a difference.
Whether you’re looking for flexibility, consistency, or the chance to explore new environments, we connect CNAs with per diem, local contract, and travel roles designed to support both your career and your lifestyle.
What Makes a Great CNA?
Being a CNA means showing up for patients in meaningful ways—every single day. You support not just physical care but emotional well-being.
The most effective CNAs are:
- Attentive and compassionate in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in helping patients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Great communicators with patients, families, and nursing teams
- Reliable team players who thrive in both structured and flexible care settings
- Committed to safety, dignity, and high-quality patient experiences
- Comfortable using basic medical equipment and electronic documentation tools

Common work settings include:
- Skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
